Terms and Conditions

Enrollment: By enrolling in any program offered by ICR Training Institute, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the institute.

Payment: All fees and charges associated with the training programs must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.

Attendance: Regular attendance is expected from all participants. Absences must be communicated in advance, and make-up sessions may be provided at the discretion of the institute.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of ICR Training Institute and may not be reproduced or shared without explicit written permission.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout their engagement with the institute. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of enrollment.

Refunds and Cancellations: Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing within the specified timeframe outlined in the program details. ICR Training Institute reserves the right to withhold a portion of the fees for administrative costs.

Liability: ICR Training Institute shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the training programs. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should adhere to safety guidelines provided by the institute.

Modification of Programs: ICR Training Institute reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, including changes to schedules, instructors, or curriculum, due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
